Tracers be ready !

Traceurs Be Ready! is a quick call-to-action you can build into any group, community, or class experience.

How it Works:

Make sure to start the class by introducing the concept:”Tracers be ready”  (usually during warm up!)

When the coach says “Traceurs Be Ready …. [insert action]” — everyone must stop what they’re doing and try to do the action announced as fast as possible

Ideas for actions:

• roll
• jump
• get up (on to an obstacle)
• the floor is lava (get off the floor!)
• handstand
• high-five
• etc

The last person to do the announced move (ie: to do a roll or get up on an obstacle) has to do 5 push-ups (or any other such ‘punishment’).
